Hauteloom stands behind the quality of its products with a limited 1-year warranty for items placed exclusively indoors. This warranty does not cover cuts, burns, tears, pulls, stain, loss of color, or damages resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance. In the event of a valid claim, Hauteloom provides options for repair, replacement, or a full refund. Hauteloom's total liability shall not exceed the original invoice amount.

Hauteloom assumes no responsibility for damaged surfaces and excludes coverage for damages caused by surging or fringe issues resulting from the use of clips for rug suspension on display racks or in-store displays. To file a warranty claim on a Hauteloom rug, contact your Huateloom sales representative. The original receipt is required for proof of purchase, and is not transferable.
