Job Description:
MECHANICAL ENGINEER to create warehouse layout using Kanban project management methodology; Analyze company’s warehousing, procurement and shipping departments to implement business plan; Follow up on the maintenance and repair of moving parts and machines including lifters, roller machine, order pickers, air conditioning units and conveyor belts to prevent process disruption and create a safe working environment in the warehouse; Provide engineering analysis for development of moving parts and machines including lifters, roller machine, order pickers, air conditioning units and conveyor belts to ensure the company can handle the volume growth; Develop mathematical and analytical warehouse systems to automate the warehouse process.
Require:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with one year of experience in the job offered or as a Warehouse Process Supervisor, Assistant Engineer or Process Manager Assistant; Experience before or after satisfying the educational requirement will be accepted. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
